就职于上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科听力障碍及眩晕诊治中心，2019年9月至2019年12月赴加拿大渥太华儿童医院进修学习。目前主要从事婴幼儿、儿童、成人各项听力及前庭功能能检测，听觉口语康复，人工耳蜗术前术后评估、术中监测、调试等工作，参与多项课题，参与发表国内核心期刊论文20篇，SCI3篇。
